OUTsurance is currently recruiting Shoprite Funeral Agents to join its Life Department. This opportunity is ideal for young, target-driven individuals who enjoy sales, customer interaction, and working in a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
As an OUTsurance Shoprite Funeral Agent, your duties will include:
- Driving funeral policy sales within Shoprite stores
- Training Shoprite Money Market staff on:
- Funeral products
- Sales systems
- Effective selling techniques
- Meeting daily and monthly sales targets
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
- Communicating effectively with management and key stakeholders
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Target-driven and results-oriented mindset
- Good influencing and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Access to a smartphone and internet
- Prior sales experience (advantageous)
- Must be between 18 and 34 years old
