- Be a South African citizen
- Be between 18 and 35 years old
- Currently be unemployed
- Have Grade 10, 11, or Matric (Grade 12)
- Demonstrate good communication skills
- Commit to a 12-month learnership
- Have no criminal record
- Be willing to work shifts, where required
