First National Bank (FNB), a division of FirstRand Bank Limited, is inviting motivated and disciplined young people to apply for the Community Advisor position based at Evaton Plaza. Successful candidates will be placed at an FNB Alternative Channel located inside a Pick n Pay store and will work on a shift basis.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, providing excellent customer service, and offering simple, practical banking solutions to everyday customers.

Key Responsibilities
As a Community Advisor, your main focus will be Sales and Customer Service. Your duties will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Delivering a positive and professional customer experience
- Clearly explaining banking products, processes, and requirements
- Educating customers on the correct FNB banking platforms
- Ensuring full compliance with banking rules and procedures
- Analysing customer needs and recommending suitable financial solutions
- Achieving sales targets through ethical and customer-focused service
- Demonstrating empathy and professionalism at all times
- Taking accountability for personal performance and development
- Staying updated on banking products and industry trends

Contract & Working Hours
- 12-month fixed-term contract

- Hourly rate: R70 per hour

Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this opportunity, you must:
- Be a South African citizen
- Have Matric or Matric Equivalent (NQF Level 4 or higher)
- Be willing and able to work shifts
- Have strong communication and customer service skills
