Job Overview

First National Bank (FNB), a division of FirstRand Bank Limited, is inviting motivated and disciplined young people to apply for the Community Advisor position based at Evaton Plaza. Successful candidates will be placed at an FNB Alternative Channel located inside a Pick n Pay store and will work on a shift basis.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, providing excellent customer service, and offering simple, practical banking solutions to everyday customers.

Key Responsibilities

As a Community Advisor, your main focus will be Sales and Customer Service. Your duties will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers

  • Educating customers on the correct FNB banking platforms
  • Ensuring full compliance with banking rules and procedures

Contract & Working Hours

  • 12-month fixed-term contract
  • Based at an FNB Alternative Channel (Pick n Pay store)
  • Hourly rate: R70 per hour
  • Maximum working hours: Up to 90 hours per month

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this opportunity, you must:
