Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Assist customers with product selection and store navigation
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally
Cashier Duties
- Accurately process cash, card, and electronic transactions
- Handle Lay-By payments and customer refunds
- Balance tills and report discrepancies to management
Merchandising & Housekeeping
- Ensure merchandise is correctly priced and attractively displayed
- Replenish stock to maintain availability on the sales floor
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and store presentation

Risk & Stock Control
